We are confident that you will love your new Direct-Optic glasses. To prove our point, may you decide that your order
didn't reach your expectations, we accept returns for any reason, grant you a 100% refund and credit your account with a 5€
coupon to use on your next order to compensate the shipping cost.

Refund, Exchange or Replacement policies
- To guaranty that requests are best treated, patrons must contact our customer service before shipping
products back to our platform.
- All the goods received by the customer must be sent in their original packaging. That includes the case,
the micro-fiber cleaning cloth, the screwdriver and other freebies.
- We reserve the right to validate the 100% guarantee to a maximum of 3 returns per year per customer.
Return for Exchange policy
- Any exchange for a product of higher value will generate an additional cost equal to the difference
between the product purchased and the product exchanged.
- Any exchange for a product of lower value will generate a refund that is equal to the difference between
the product purchased and the product exchanged.
Return for Refund policy
- We will refund the full amount of your order as well as the shipping cost on the Friday following
reception of your returned goods.
Return for Damage policy
- Once your retuned goods are received, we will assess the damage and will decide if it can be fixed or if
we need to make it all anew. Either way, you will be notified by email on time and conditions of delivery.
